Safely drive top management members to and from destinations (office, meetings, airport, events, etc.) in a timely manner.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.
Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (oil, water, tire pressure, fuel, etc.) and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times, ensuring comfort and privacy for passengers.
Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and time constraints.
Handle confidential information and sensitive conversations with complete discretion.
Assist management with luggage, documents, or other items as needed.
Keep a logbook of daily trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance records.
Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and internal company safety procedures.
Remain available on call as required, including weekends or after hours, depending on management’s schedule.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any related field “High school diploma or equivalent”Experience: Minimum “1-5” years of experience as a driver, including at least 2 years driving for senior executives or VIPs.License: Valid professional driver’s license with a clean driving record.Language: Basic proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.Skills:Excellent knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and alternate routes.Strong sense of confidentiality and reliability.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Neat appearance and professional demeanor.Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
