•Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition.
• Translate business goals and customer needs into clear and actionable product backlog items.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
• Work with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure agile delivery of product increments.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Ensure proper documentation, release notes, and product training materials are maintained.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as needed.
• Align product features with overall business strategy and customer experience goals.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a software house or SaaS company.• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.• Proven ability to define, prioritize, and deliver software products end-to-end.• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.• Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.• Experience with UI/UX collaboration and data-driven product decision-making.
