- Assist in the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and extending job offers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers for technical and HR interviews.
- Conduct in-depth in-person HR interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Identify and headhunt top potential candidates for various roles across all departments and levels (junior, senior, and middle management) — including both blue- and white-collar positions.
- Verify candidate references and employment history.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring smooth communication and sending job offers or rejection emails.
- Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new hires to ensure a positive start and seamless integration.
- Follow up on the probation period evaluation process for new employees.
BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in same field Hands-on experience with the largest, professional websites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc. Knowledge of sourcing and effective techniques to select blue and white collars Good experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Strong interpersonal skills & Presentation skills. Very good written and verbal communications skills. Excellent English language and computer skill.
