For an IT services company, we are looking for an organized, autonomous person to support management, and Organizational activities.
Main missions
Recruitment : write and publish job offers, pre-qualify applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, organize interviews with management and clients.
Administration & accounting : liaise with the accounting firm (collecting and tracking documents), manage all administrative documents of the company.
Desired profile
Significant experience min. 2 years in a similar position.
Excellent organization, rigor, sense of priorities and autonomy.
Proactivity, service-minded attitude, impeccable confidentiality.
Comfortable with IT and collaborative tools.
Skills & tools
Google Workspace (Meet, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A plus : Trello.
