- Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, email systems, firewalls, and VPN access
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure data backups, security compliance, and IT documentation
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 3–6 years of experience in a similar IT support roleStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networkingHands-on experience with Active Directory, printers, remote access, and cybersecurity toolsExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills
