- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and basic software systems.
- Monitor system and network performance to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
- Manage user accounts and permissions through systems such as Active Directory.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement suitable IT solutions.
- Perform software updates and ensure system compatibility with new versions.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1 year of experience in IT support or systems administration. Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).
