Job Summary
Triangle Group is hiring a Personnel Specialist with relevant experience to support in all personnel functions as well as employee benefits.
Job Responsibilities
- Review attendance and handle monthly attendance reports
- Report attendance effects on monthly payroll
- Track employees monthly and annual vacation balances
- Handle medical insurance additions of new employees, deletions of exiting employees, active lists and resolve any inquiries that might arise.
- Send and track medical claims and approvals.
- Handle life insurance additions of new employees, deletions of exiting employees and maintains active list.
- Review medical and life insurance invoices and ascertain accuracy before payment.
- Assist in the processing of monthly payroll
- Assist in dealing with the Social Insurance and Labor Office
- In addition to any other task as requested.
Males onlyBachelor degree in any relevant field.2-4 years of proven experience in similar position.Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.HR or Labor Relations training courses are a plus.Competency in Microsoft OfficeGood English languageFamiliarity with HR systems is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Professional communication, teamwork, and confidentiality
