- Lead projects control activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain projects baselines (scope, schedule, and cost) in coordination with project teams.
- Monitor projects performance against approved plans and identify variances.
- Provide accurate cost and schedule forecasts, ensuring proactive corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate closely with projects managers, procurement, and finance teams to support decision-making.
- Establish and implement standard projects control procedures, tools, and templates.
- Support management with regular projects dashboards and analytical insights.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.Minimum of 12 years of experience in projects control, planning, and cost management within the construction industry.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in projects management and control tools (Primavera P6, MS Excel, etc.).Solid understanding of cost estimation, scheduling, and reporting methodologies.
