Quality Control Manager

  • Quality Management System (QMS):
    Maintain, implement, and improve the QMS in alignment with ISO, IEC standards, and other applicable norms. Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Policy and Fundamentals.
  • Audits:
    Plan, execute, and oversee internal and external quality audits (ISO, customer, supplier). Lead audit preparation, corrective actions, and continuous monitoring to close non-conformities.
  • Quality KPIs:
    Define, monitor, and report main quality performance indicators (KPIs) including defect rates, cost of poor quality, customer complaints, and supplier quality performance.
  • Non-Conformity Management:
    Lead the Non-Conformity Management process, ensuring timely investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lessons learned deployment.
  • Supplier Quality:
    Develop and manage supplier quality assurance programs, including incoming material inspections, supplier audits, and performance evaluations. Support in supplier quality development and improvement.
  • Process Quality Control:
    Establish and maintain quality control plans for production processes. Ensure effective in-process inspections and testing are in place to prevent defects.
  • Final Product Testing & Outgoing Quality:
    Oversee final product testing and verification processes to ensure compliance with IEC standards, customer requirements, and outgoing product quality standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Complaints Management:
    Drive customer satisfaction initiatives by managing customer feedback, handling after-sales complaints, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Incoming Material Quality:
    Ensure robust incoming inspection and material verification processes are in place to secure material quality before use in production.
  • Quality Training (Quality School):
    Manage and collaborate with various function for delivering quality training programs ("Quality School") for Blue Collars to build quality awareness and capability at all levels.


B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing (Electric Power Products / Automotive), including 5 years as Quality Manager.ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage.Strong knowledge of IEC standards, product testing norms, and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, RCA, SPC, MSA).Proficient in ERP/QMS systems and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience in project management and data analysis (DMAIC).Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage stakeholders efficiently.
