Sales Development Specialist

  • Follow up on customer inquiries (New Business).
  • Work on data mining projects targeting existing contacts and newly acquired contact lists.
  • Support inbound sales queue as needed.
  • Quote and follow up with new clients until order completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned contacts and lists.
  • New revenue generated (One-time and Monthly Recurring Revenue).
  • This role supports the sales department and broader company goals by driving new sales and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Previous experience and a value-added aspect: Cold calling and outbound sales activitiesSelling technology or SaaS products, preferably in healthcare or related industriesBuilding relationships with medical providers, office staff, and decision-makersFamiliarity with Healthcare terminology and industry concepts as well as handling medical practice operations, including patient scheduling workflows. Knowledge in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and pipeline management Previous knowledge:Common challenges faced by medical practices when booking, confirming, and managing patient appointmentsHow automation can streamline administrative processes and reduce front-office burdenEffectively communicating value propositions to busy healthcare professionalsIdentifying prospects, handling objections, and closing dealsWorking independently to achieve daily/weekly sales targets while collaborating with a broader sales and marketing team
