  • Support management with ad hoc projects, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 4 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.Proven ability to manage office operations and supervise administrative staff.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges.Experience managing budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive or confidential information.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
