- Manage and supervise the recruitment team to ensure effective and timely hiring processes.Develop and enforce recruitment policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and transparency.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and partnerships with universities, institutes, and recruitment sources.
- Oversee the interview and selection process to ensure hiring of the most suitable candidates.
- Monitor and report recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
- Promote the company’s employer branding and position it as an employer of choice within the steel industry.
- Stay updated with labor market trends and competitors’ hiring activities to ensure a competitive recruitment approach.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Experience: at least 3 years in a supervisory role within an industrial or manufacturing environment (preferably steel or heavy industry).Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).In-depth knowledge of HR systems and labor law.Analytical and decision-making abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
