- Lead, guide, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and technicians.
- Manage all stages of architectural projects, including concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and site supervision.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals and ensure alignment with design intent.
- Review, validate, and approve design documents to ensure adherence to building codes, sustainability principles, and local regulations.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource planning to ensure successful delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, sustainable design, and technical excellence within the team.
- Provide expert technical direction and resolve design or construction-related issues.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse and high-quality design work.Proficiency in industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.).Solid understanding of building codes, construction technologies, and sustainable design principles.Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.[Local license/registration] preferred (e.g., RIBA, COA, AIA, or equivalent).
