About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to join our group and manage the full recruitment and HR process for several growing businesses.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling diverse hiring needs — from technical and industrial to commercial and business professionals’ roles — while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies for both white-collar and blue-collar positions across all our group sectors.
- Maintain and expand talent pipelines for various functions (sales, admin, engineers, site supervisors, operations, marketing, finance, etc.).
- Partner with business heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment priorities with business plans.
- Manage recruitment ads on social media, online platforms (WUZZUF, LinkedIn, etc.) and offline channels.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, ensuring a cultural and technical fit.
- Prepare and present recruitment status reports to management.
HR Administration & Support
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and basic HR documentation for new hires.
- Support in performance management, attendance tracking, and employee records.
- Assist in developing HR policies, organization charts, and job descriptions.
- Act as an HR point of contact for employee inquiries and relations.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies across all entities.
