Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding — ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking).
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates’ cultural and technical fit.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies.

 Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering companies.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (Oracle, Odoo, SAP, or similar).Ability to work from 10th of Ramadan City. What We OfferA collaborative and supportive work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits.Opportunities for professional growth within a leading industrial organization.
