HR Admin

  • ​Manage communication and documentation related to governmental relations, regulatory compliance, and required official filings.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management administration, and offboarding.
  • ​Serve as the primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • ​Coordinate and schedule training sessions and HR-related meetings.
  • ​Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
     

Maximum of 2 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources or Administrative role.Fluency (written and spoken) in English is a must.Demonstrated experience in governmental relations (e.g., managing regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, interacting with the government).Strong knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.​Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.​Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
