- Manage communication and documentation related to governmental relations, regulatory compliance, and required official filings.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management administration, and offboarding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions and HR-related meetings.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
Maximum of 2 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources or Administrative role.Fluency (written and spoken) in English is a must.Demonstrated experience in governmental relations (e.g., managing regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, interacting with the government).Strong knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
