- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and services required for high-end interior and architectural projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors to ensure optimal value and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and engineers to forecast procurement needs and align sourcing strategies with project timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery issues, and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to manage budgets, track expenditures, and optimize inventory levels.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, cost savings, and supplier quality.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within the construction, interior design, or architecture sectors.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier and stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, vendor evaluation, and supply chain processes.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Fluency in English is a plus.
