Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) who specializes in designing complex ERP and CRM systems.

This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and user-centric process optimization. The ideal candidate will blend analytical thinking with design creativity to transform complex business requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually cohesive digital experiences.

As a key member of our product team, you’ll work closely with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to define user journeys, improve usability, and ensure that every interface enhances productivity and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the UX/UI design process for ERP and CRM modules, ensuring usability, efficiency, and consistency across all system components.Conduct user research, interviews, and workflow analysis to understand user pain points and optimize task flows.Translate business processes into intuitive dashboards, data entry screens, and reporting interfaces.Develop design systems, reusable components, and UI standards suitable for enterprise-level applications.Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with system architecture.Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize feature enhancements and usability improvements.Conduct usability testing and use analytics feedback to iterate designs.Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and enterprise design best practices.Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall product experience strategy. Qualifications:5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design, including at least 2 years focused on ERP/CRM or enterprise platforms.Proven experience designing for modular systems such as ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools.Strong knowledge of UX best practices for form-heavy and data-driven interfaces.Proficiency in design tools like Figma.Understanding of information architecture, data visualization, and interaction design for complex systems.Experience collaborating with backend teams (Laravel, Node.js, etc.) and understanding API-driven design workflows.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate user and business needs into actionable design outcomes.Strong attention to detail, layout precision, and usability optimization.
