- Preparing and presenting design proposals as per the local guidelines, rules and regulations including detailed drawings and perspectives.
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural Buildings.
- Able to make and supervise all drawings required for Tender, IFC and license for architectural buildings.
- Undertake all needed action to complete bill of quantities and all materials quantity surveying along with all required specification and approved technical drawings.
- Coordinating the design between the other disciplines (structural and MEP).
- Resolving issues that come up during construction.
Bachelor of Architecture with +5 Experience in Working Drawings.Very Good Experience in executive working drawings & coordination between arch & structure.Computer Skills.Autodesk Revit, BIM.AutoCAD.Photoshop.Office (Word, Excel& PowerPoint).Very good command of English.
