We are seeking a highly motivated Operation Section Head to lead and oversee the daily operations of our canned production lines. The ideal candidate will ensure production efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and coordination between internal and external stakeholders to achieve the company’s manufacturing and export objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage production lines to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
Oversee the receipt of raw agricultural materials, ensuring they meet the agreed quality standards.
Ensure the availability and compliance of packaging materials (cartons, cans, stickers, etc.) with specifications.
Monitor productivity and ensure production plans are executed within scheduled timelines.
Inspect and verify the quality of the final product according to approved standards.
Maintain safety and hygiene compliance within all production processes.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure operational readiness and efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve performance and productivity targets.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Export, and Supply Chain, as well as external manufacturing partners and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Production, or Quality Engineering.Professional certifications in ISO, HACCP, or GMP are highly preferred.5–7 years of proven experience in food manufacturing or FMCG operations, ideally with outsourced or contract manufacturing exposure.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective internal and external communication skills.Strong time management and prioritization capabilities.Analytical thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.Flexibility and the ability to perform under pressure.
