Lead and supervise all technical office activities related to architectural, structural, and MEP design coordination.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents before submission.
Manage project design timelines and ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
Provide value engineering solutions to optimize cost and time without compromising quality.
Review contracts, BOQs, and project specifications to ensure alignment with drawings and execution plans.
Support tendering processes by preparing technical comparisons and responding to RFIs.
Manage the development or review of the full design package (architectural, structural, MEP) whether prepared in-house or submitted by external consultants, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with local regulations and project objectives.
Develop and monitor technical KPIs to ensure team performance and project alignment.
Ensure documentation and archiving of all technical materials and communications.
Lead and develop the technical office team, assigning tasks, and providing technical guidance.
Lead the technical evaluation of procurement processes by reviewing material specifications, approving suppliers/subcontractors technically, and coordinating with the procurement and purchasing teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).Minimum of 15 years of experience in technical office roles, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.Proven experience in residential, commercial and administrative real estate projects.Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.The ability to manage a team to achieve the company’s objectives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
