- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, processes, and best practices across all projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning within the PMO to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
