Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field.2-5 years of proven experience in software sales, preferably with ERP, SaaS, or systems integration solutions.Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.Proficiency with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
