Ztechnium is a fast-growing technology solutions company supporting organizations across the GCC in their digital transformation. We specialize in AI-driven software, ERP systems, custom applications, and Managed & Augmentation Services.
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about technology, proactive in generating leads, and confident in closing deals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Ztechnium’s client base, nurturing relationships, and driving new business across our key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified prospects across target industries (e.g., technology, consulting, government, and enterprise).
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos to decision-makers and technical teams.
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Delivery Team to prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align client needs with Ztechnium’s service offerings.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and performance reporting in CRM or internal tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent Ztechnium at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology (or related field).3–5 years of experience in B2B sales — preferably in IT solutions, software, or digital services.Proven ability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals.Strong understanding of IT services, especially ERP, software development, and managed services.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar).Familiarity with GCC markets and experience working with regional clients is a strong plus.Preferred SkillsExperience responding to RFPs and tenders.Existing network in Saudi Arabia or GCC enterprise sector.Knowledge of AI solutions, SaaS, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
