Architect Site Engineer

  • Site Supervision: Manage and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship, ensuring everything meets industry and project standards.
  • Drawing Interpretation and Implementation: Interpret and maintain technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications, providing technical advice to subcontractors and the site labour force.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve unexpected technical difficulties or design conflicts on-site promptly to prevent delays.
  • Coordination and Communication: Liaise with architects, project managers, civil/MEP engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and address concerns.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive site reports, daily diaries, progress updates, and "as-built" information for stakeholders and management.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards on the construction site.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate the ordering, delivery, and efficient use of materials and equipment, helping to manage budgets and minimize waste. 


 


Education: A bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is typically required.Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project is essential.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills are vital for managing teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.Experience: Prior experience in site architectural engineering within the construction industry is generally a prerequisite
