1-Assist in supervising dorm operations and resident assistants.
2-Respond to student inquiries, maintenance requests, and emergency situations.
3-Enforce dormitory policies and codes of conduct to ensure safety and order
4-Coordinate and support student check-ins, check-outs, and room inspections.
5-Help plan and organize dorm events or community-building activities.
6-Maintain records related to dorm occupancy, incident reports, and maintenance issues.
7-Conduct routine walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to regulations
8-Collaborate with campus departments (security, maintenance, student services) as needed.
1-Bachelor’s degree. 2-Experience in student housing, residence life, or property management.3-Strong communication and interpersonal skills4-Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism5-Organizational skills and attention to detail6-Availability for occasional evening/weekend shifts or on-call responsibilities.
