- Act as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment of product goals.
- Translate business needs into actionable product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, designers, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and balance business value against technical constraints.
- Conduct regular backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions.
- Ensure transparency and clarity through proactive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and expectation management.
- Apply Agile principles and project management best practices to improve delivery flow and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support risk assessment, change management, and project retrospectives.
- Stay informed of emerging technologies, tools, and trends relevant to the product and industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.3–6 years of experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, or Business Analysis in a software or IT company.Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).Technical knowledge sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (familiarity with APIs, ERP systems, or AI-driven solutions is a plus).Experience with Jira, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and proactive ownership attitude.Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management (CSPO, PSPO, PMP, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
