- Continuous work on the level of service provided to the customer and development the service efficiency
- Coordination with all AFM staff on site (maintenance) to provide the best service to the customer.
- Follow up with maintenance plans to ensure that they are Perfectly completed
- Focus and follow up on high-risk work and make sure to follow the instructions for each task
- Deep investigation for any accidents inside the project and directing and emphasizing the
- Follow-up of occupational safety and health methods
- Reducing the time required to complete the work and speeding up coordination between AFM workers.
- Proactive support to increase the participation.
- Keep good communications with all project stakeholders.
- Ensure that safety standards are applied to the entire site.
- Support in maintaining Flags Mall stores H&S performance and coordination between Flags stores & AFM H&S teams.
