- Process and confirm reservations for flights, hotels, and travel packages accurately and efficiently.
- Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets in accordance with company and airline policies.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing detailed information on travel options and itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline schedules, fare rules, and travel regulations.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
- Resolve booking issues and troubleshoot ticketing errors in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all reservations and transactions in the company’s booking system.
- Promote additional travel services and upgrades to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional service.
1-3 years of experience in Hotel reservations, ticketing, or a related travel industry role.knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in an office environment and as part of a team.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.
