Payroll & Personnel

  • Administer and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Review and verify attendance, overtime, deductions, and variable payments.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and income tax regulations.
  • Maintain and update personnel records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports and statutory filings to relevant authorities.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel policies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee benefits, deductions, and allowances.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process by preparing employment contracts and exit documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave balances, and overtime records to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to payroll and personnel administration.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in payroll and personnel administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.Proficiency in Excel.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.Very Good in English .
