- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any issues or delays that may arise during transit.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to target markets.
- Communicate with clients and overseas partners to provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers and logistics providers.
- Analyze export data and prepare regular reports on shipment status, costs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and finance to align export activities with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within the export function.
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.well known in agriculture products frozen herbs etc4-6 years of proven experience in export operations, international trade, or logistics.Strong understanding of export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Proficient in using export management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
