Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or specification engineering within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction materials, systems, and building codes. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges effectively.
