- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Support the preparation of offer letters and pre-employment documentation.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.
- Assist in improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and time management abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
