Production Engineer (Processed Meat)

Supervising a specific stage of the production process (preparation, filling, sterilization, or packaging) to ensure that production goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. Ensuring smooth workflow within the department in accordance with quality, food safety, while closely monitoring the condition of equipment, production lines, and facilities.


Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 3–5 years of practical experience in processed meat industry.Experience in Lean manufacturing tools.Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage work teams effectively.Good knowledge of quality, food safety, and occupational safety principles.Ability to analyze problems and make sound, timely decisions.
