Performance Reporting & Analysis – Responsibilities
Data Collection & Submission Management
- Collect periodic performance reports, data submissions, and supporting documentation from all departments in accordance with agreed timelines and reporting standards.
- Proactively follow up with department heads and team leads to ensure timely, complete, and accurate submission of required information.
- Address gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data through clear communication and coordinated resolution.
Data Review & Validation
- Review departmental reports to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established formats, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Identify anomalies, discrepancies, or deviations and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
Consolidation & Reporting
- Consolidate departmental inputs into comprehensive organizational performance reports for Top Management, ensuring clarity, relevance, and reliability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance dashboards, highlighting overall progress, key achievements, and areas requiring attention.
Analysis & Executive Summaries
- Develop executive summaries that synthesize performance results, identify trends, variances, and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Highlight significant performance drivers, risk areas, and opportunities for improvement in a concise and actionable format.
Management Support
- Provide Top Management with structured, accurate, and visually clear performance documentation to support review meetings, strategic planning, and informed decision-making.
- Assist in tracking alignment between departmental outputs and organizational objectives, ensuring reporting reflects strategic priorities.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Maintain an organized archive of reports, ensuring accessibility, traceability, and strict confidentiality.
- Recommend improvements to reporting processes, templates, timelines, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Continuously monitor and optimize reporting workflows to align with evolving organizational needs and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in reporting, performance tracking, or business analysis roles.Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.) is an advantage.Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.High attention to detail and strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
