Job Summary

 

The Senior Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for strategically managing and expanding our portfolio of high-value corporate clients and major business-to-business (B2B) accounts. This key role involves developing and executing sophisticated sales strategies to secure corporate accommodation, meeting, and event bookings, directly impacting the financial success of PAROS Hospitality. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets within the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities

 

 

Strategic Sales & Business Development

 

Identify and prospect new corporate accounts, travel agencies, and business segments to expand PAROS Hospitality's client base and secure new business opportunities.

Develop and implement comprehensive corporate sales strategies and action plans to achieve and surpass individual and property-wide revenue goals for guest rooms, events, and other hotel services.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and initial pitch to contract negotiation and closing high-value corporate deals, including RFP accounts.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for strategic growth.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the unique value and services of PAROS Hospitality.

 

Account & Relationship Management

 

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients and high-level decision-makers to ensure continued loyalty and secure repeat business.

Act as the primary point of contact for managed corporate accounts, addressing client needs, handling inquiries, and coordinating with hotel operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Negotiate and finalize corporate contracts, rates, and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize hotel profitability.

Proactively up-sell and cross-sell all hotel facilities and services, including event spaces, dining options, and premium accommodation packages, to maximize overall revenue from each account.

Reporting & Collaboration

 

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, production reports, and sales activity reports for senior management, utilizing CRM software (such as Salesforce) to track leads, account progress, and performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to align pricing strategies, inventory availability, and sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Work with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to develop promotional campaigns tailored for the corporate market.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as an ambassador for PAROS Hospitality to maintain high visibility and generate new leads.


Qualifications & SkillsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 4-5 years of proven sales experience in a corporate or B2B sales environment, with at least 2 years in a senior-level sales role within the hospitality industry (hotel preferred).Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and successfully managing a large portfolio of high-value accounts.Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations to C-level executives.Masterful Negotiation: Strong negotiation and contract closing skills, with a focus on achieving profitable outcomes.
