HORECA Account Manager / Supervisor

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of HORECA accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the hotels, restaurants, and catering segments.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HORECA sector.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and support.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews for management.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.• Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.• Must own a private car.• Based near Obour or East Cairo.• Self-motivated, dynamic, and results-driven.
