Secretary

Responsibilities:

Handle daily administrative and office support tasks.

Manage correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.

Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and official documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

[1-3] years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. 

Very good command of English (written & spoken).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Work system:
- Location: #Heliopolis.
- Working hours: 8 AM : 5 PM
-Days off: Friday and Saturday


 - 1-3 years of secretarial experience.- Strong English language skills.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Especially Excel & Word).- Max age: 30 years.
