Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between consultants across all disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to ensure technical accuracy and design integration.
• Review and consolidate design drawings to identify conflicts or discrepancies.
• Resolve design issues and technical clashes in collaboration with consultants.
• Maintain updated design documentation, revisions, and issue records across all project phases.
• Liaise with project managers and consultants to ensure design objectives are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with engineering codes, local regulations, and authority standards.
• Support the permitting team in securing design approvals and permits.
• Monitor that construction drawings comply with approved designs and technical standards.
• Manage design deliverables and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Organize all design documentation and correspondence efficiently.
• Communicate updates, revisions, and approvals clearly across all teams.
• Participate in value engineering by reviewing design/material alternatives to enhance cost and efficiency.
• Assist in developing construction details and alternative solutions based on site requirements.
