- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events with end-to-end marketing execution.
2. Content Creation & Design
- Create high-quality visual and video content for social media, website, and digital ads.
- Design marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, banners, etc.) using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Edit and produce engaging short-form videos and reels using Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent tools.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and campaigns.
3. Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with outsourced agencies and production vendors for content creation, video production, and advertising material.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights and reports.
4. Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Strategy, etc.) to align marketing initiatives.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination for creative production.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.+3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B in construction, building material or industrial sectors.Proven portfolio showcasing design and video production work.Proficiency in English.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Creative & Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalents).Video Editing: Storyboarding, editing, color correction, and sound synchronization.Content Development: Visual storytelling, copywriting basics, and brand messaging.Analytical Skills: Performance tracking, reporting, and ROI measurement.
