- Preparing and updating quantity take-offs for structural and architectural works based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Prepare purchasing requests and follow up purchasing orders
- Preparing monthly IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates) for the client/consultant.
Preparing and reviewing subcontractors’ payment certificates. - Prepare Variation Order Approvals and Budget Variation Requests
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying Proven experience working in an office-based environment within the engineering or construction sector.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Familiarity with contract administration and tendering processes.
