Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the lighting, energy, or technology sectors.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong understanding of LED lighting systems, energy-saving solutions, and related technologies.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable strategies.Experience in managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.Ability to work on-site and travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
