E-Commerce Specialist 
Reports to: E-Commerce Manager 

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence across Jumia, Noon and Amazon platforms

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales performance, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the company’s official website and e-commerce stores on Amazon, Jumia, Noon, and other regional marketplaces to maximize sales and improve customer experience.

Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid ads to drive traffic and conversion.

Analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless online operations and consistent brand messaging.

Monitor inventory levels and stock movements, collaborating with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.

Implement SEO and keyword optimization strategies to improve organic visibility and attract qualified traffic.

Manage product listings, ensuring accurate titles, detailed descriptions, competitive pricing, and appealing visuals.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversion rate, ROI, and campaign performance.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.

Handle customer inquiries and order-related issues efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with shopify, Jumia, Noon, or other online retail platforms.Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Excel, CMS tools, and e-commerce dashboards.Preferred:Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector is a strong plus.
