- Manage the complete aluminum works lifecycle: planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate with technical office, site engineers, and subcontractors
- Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and project specifications
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution as per project scope and standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments
- Monitor project budgets, handle variations, and issue regular progress reports
- Ensure compliance with all technical and safety standards related to façade systems
- Lead and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and site workers to achieve project objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred 3-5 years of experience in aluminum-related project managementIn-depth knowledge of aluminum systems such as:Curtain wallsCladdingSkylightsDoors & WindowsHandrailsStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver within time and budgetFamiliarity with shop drawings, technical submittals, and project planningSelf-driven and able to work effectively at project sites
