Product Coordinator

About the Role:

We are a growing digital marketing and technology company looking for a motivated Product Coordinator to join our team. You’ll work on improving and testing our web platforms and mobile apps that power digital campaigns and NGO fundraising solutions.
Your mission will be to test, analyze, and enhance our digital products — ensuring a smooth user experience, identifying growth opportunities, and helping turn ideas into impactful features.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Test websites and mobile applications regularly to identify bugs, usability issues, or performance gaps.

Suggest new features and improvements based on business needs and user feedback.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure updates are implemented efficiently and accurately.

Monitor and analyze product data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and other analytics tools.

Communicate effectively between marketing, design, and technical teams to align priorities and timelines.
