- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Technical, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and process alignment.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management review.
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Handle operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in onboarding and training new operations staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all operational activities.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field.Good command of English.Proficient in Excel and Word.Strong organizational and communication skills.
