• Lead the design, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes for armored vehicle systems.
  • Analyze current production workflows to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
  •  Develop and enforce process standards to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive process improvements.
  •  Oversee the integration of new technologies and automation solutions into existing manufacturing lines.
  •  Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
  •  Prepare and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  •  Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new processes.
  •  Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  •  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and report findings to senior management

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). 5-7 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of leading process optimization projects. Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies and process improvement methodologies. Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools (Cero, SolidWorks). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
