We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 15–20 years of experience in the construction industry
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of project execution from initiation to handover.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with relevant departments.
Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
Manage project resources efficiently to ensure timely completion.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and contractual issues.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Review and approve project documentation, including progress reports, invoices, and variation orders.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work complies with project specifications.
Lead project closeout activities, ensuring all deliverables are achieved and final documentation is complete.
BSc in Civil Engineering (mandatory).15–20 years of experience in project management for civil construction projects.Proven record in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and construction management principles.Proficiency in project management software (Primavera / MS Project).PMP certification is a plus.
