  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management to support daily activities.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel logistics for staff.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and maintain personnel records.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Demonstrated attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.Experience handling confidential information with discretion.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced office setting.
