CG Group is expanding its operations and looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team.
You will act as the main point of contact between clients and our internal operations, ensuring a seamless importing experience — from sourcing products in China to final delivery in Egypt.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, as well as the ability to coordinate between multiple departments to deliver the highest service quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales — preferably in import/export or logistics.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Good command of English (speaking and writing).Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Knowledge of international trade and shipping processes is an advantage.
